El apartamento is fully furnished for full-time living, equipped with all kitchen essentials, quality furnishings, original pictures, books and videos, lamps, electric heaters for winter use and cooling fans for summer. All windows have wooden shutters.

Cleaning is done for your arrival and a welcome food pack is included. Linen and towels are provided and duvets in low/mid season. Bring your own beach towels. There is also use of folding beach chairs, cool box and umbrella for picnics.
