Please read the following CONDITIONS OF BOOKING in detail before submitting you holiday booking.

1) - Bookings are not confirmed until we have processed payment and returned a booking confirmation to you.

2) - In order to confirm your booking we require 25% of the total cost of your stay (this is non-refundable).

3) - Four weeks before arrival date the remaining 75% is required. Failure to provide this could result in your booking being cancelled and your Deposit being lost.

4) - Arrival is after 3.00pm and Departure before 11.00am. However, if you have a special need for early check in or late check out please let us know. We will try to accommodate you depending on other visitors needs.

5) - Lettings are normally Saturday to Saturday, especially in High Season. However, can be more flexible in Low/Mid Season depending on occupancy - please enquire.

6) - Rental rates are per property per week (not per person) and include; accommodation bed linen, towels, electricity, gas, water, pool cleaning, welcome food/wine pack, incoming phone calls & internet access and cleaning of accommodation before arrival.

7) - The accommodation is cleaned between lettings. However, please endeavour to leave the accommodation as clean as you would wish to find it.

8) - We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any bookings due to circumstances beyond our control. For example: where fire, flood, theft, damage or any other occurrence renders the property uninhabitable or incapable of providing the facilities or services originally offered. In such circumstances a full & immediate return of monies will be paid.

9) - No responsibility is accepted for any consequential loss, damage or personal injury as a result of your stay at Cortijo Nuevo. You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance & bring form E111 (obtained from UK Post Offices).

10) - Please ensure that children are supervised at all times particularly in and around the swimming pool and in the gardens.

11) - Please observe pool safety at all times: do not dive into the pool, do not swim under the influence of alcohol and do not engage in any dangerous activity.

12) - Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. We have two friendly, well behaved dogs ( Ben & Jerry ) - please enquire.

13) - No responsibility can be taken for the climate, local conditions, traditions and practices. Interruption to or breakdown of any public service, including water and electric supply and any consequential effect thereof.

14) - All breakages are the responsibility of the group leader and must be paid for, and/or organise suitable replacements.

15) - The maximum number of travellers shall not exceed that stated on the booking form for each property.
